By using Tavola, an SMS restaurant concierge for New York City operated by Cherry Street Labs, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Tavola lets you text us restaurants you'd like to visit and receive text messages back with reservation availability and related updates. Tavola is an independent service and is not affiliated with any restaurant or reservation platform.
SMS Program Terms
- Opt-in: you consent to receive recurring text messages from Tavola when you first text our number or text START. Our first reply confirms your enrollment and includes a link to set up your list on the web.
- Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. One final confirmation message will be sent.
- Support: reply HELP or email ciao@cherrystreetlabs.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reservations
We surface availability and help you book; the reservation itself is between you and the restaurant or its booking platform. We make no guarantee that any table will be available or held.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Tavola for anything unlawful, abusive, or automated (no bots or scraping).
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavola's total liability for any claim is limited to $50.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to the SMS program will be communicated by text.
